HOW IT WORKS

Contact us on 0800 633 5796 to arrange for either a same day collection or for a date and time that best suits your schedule.
We operate 24/7 so we can accommodate any job you have.

Orion’s standard rate includes two free loaders for the first thirty minutes for a half load and two free loaders for for the first hour for a full load.

If a job does take longer than one hour to load we make an additional charge per half hour. We can also provide extra loaders, should the need arise. If you need a few extra loaders please try to give us as much notice as possible (24hrs+).

A receipt describing the final load size and loading time must be signed for at the end of loading. If the actual amount of waste should exceed the booked amount, our staff will stop loading and point this out to you or a staff member. Should you then wish to continue the cost will rise to the next level tariff.

We have several payment options available:

Domestic customers are asked to make payment prior to loading.

Commercial customers have the option of either settling the amount with cash, cheque or credit card, or alternatively we can send an invoice.

You will also be supplied with a Waste Transfer Note on the completion of each job, which you must keep for your records to be in full compliance of the law.

NEVER DISPOSE OF YOUR WASTE TO A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SUPPLY WTN’S OR YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PROSECUTION.

In fact we have been accredited with the ISO:14001 and ISO:9000 certificates  – almost unheard of in the waste industry – due to our recycling and environmental commitment. Orion is also accredited with the Safe Contractor certificate.
