Our helpful driver will help you load the truck or alternatively if you would like us to send a two man team to load your waste we make a small additional charge. The loading time included is generally sufficient in over 90% of collections, however if it does take our loaders longer than the allocated time we make an additional charge per half hour.
A receipt describing the final load size and loading time must be signed for at the end of loading. If the actual amount of waste should exceed the booked amount, our staff will stop loading and point this out to you or a staff member. Should you then wish them to continue the cost will rise to the next price level.
