Please note that 40 minutes labour is equal to two men loading for twenty minutes, 60 minutes is equal to two men loading for 30 minutes and so on. The loading time included is generally sufficient in over 90% of collections, however if it does take our loaders longer than the allocated time we make an additional charge per half hour.
A receipt describing the final load size and loading time must be signed for at the end of loading. If the actual amount of waste should exceed the booked amount, our staff will stop loading and point this out to you or a staff member. Should you then wish them to continue the cost will rise to the next price level
