HOW IT WORKS
To join up to Orion's daily waste collection scheme you simply have to fill in two forms which we will send you by fax or email. They are -
The Customer Agreement Form simply tells us your company name, invoicing details and when and where to pick up your waste. It is not a contract and should you wish to cease using Orion as your waste collector you can stop at anytime.
The Waste Transfer Note is a document which you must keep a copy of which shows that you are disposing of your waste to a certified waste carrier company.
As a company you are now legally obliged to sort your waste before disposing of it. If you use recycling bags or recycling cardboard stickers along with your general waste bags you are in compliance of the new laws.

Note: The reason we only cover a limited area is that by keeping our boundaries tight and growing steadily you can be sure that your waste will be collected in the timeframe you require. Too many companies overstretch their selves by trying to cover too large an area and it's impossible to keep to set timeframes and then YOU get in trouble with the council.
We are so certain of our collection times that if you are ever given a fine because your waste was not picked up on time WE WILL PAY THE FINE! We could only do this if we were certain that we can collect when requested or we would not take you on as a client.
